About Me

I’m a qualified personal trainer with years of hands-on experience, and a lifelong advocate for women’s health and empowerment. My passion lies in helping women feel strong, confident, and capable—both physically and mentally—at every stage of life.
As a dedicated mom and wife, I deeply understand the real-life challenges women face when it comes to balancing fitness, family responsibilities, careers, and mental well-being. I’ve walked that path myself, and it’s why I approach training with empathy, flexibility, and a long-term mindset.
Before becoming a trainer, I was a competitive elite athlete with the Nedbank Running Club. That experience instilled in me a strong foundation of discipline, commitment, and the importance of consistency. But I also learned that true success in health and fitness isn’t just about pushing hard in training—it’s about finding a sustainable rhythm that lets you thrive in every area of your life, both inside and outside the gym.
My goal is to support and guide other women to build strength, create balance, and feel empowered—so they can show up as their best selves, every single day.
