I combine evidence based training with a holistic approach ,  and work with women of all ages and fitness levels. I focus on building strong , sustainable habits that support their whole life - not just their gym time. 

- Strength and conditioning training - includes functional training, band workouts, weight training, body weight exercises and cardio. 

- Mobility and recovery - injury prevention , flexibility and longevity. 

- Pregnancy and postpartum recovery - moderate intensity exercises that focus on adapting physical activity  to the changing needs of the body during and after pregnancy. 

- Lifestyle / Wellness Coaching - sustained routines that fit your real life. ( Can be done online )

My personal in-home one-on-one coaching sessions are designed to bring expert guidance, motivation, and accountability directly to you—no gym required. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, I tailor each session to your unique goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. With focused attention and a supportive approach, I help you build strength, confidence, and lasting results in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

PRICING

Private Sessions
– One-on-one at private gym or in-home:
R300 per person (45 minutes) Please note: Travel costs for
in-home sessions are not included and will be quoted based on location.


Small Group Sessions (2–4 people)
– At private gym: R200 per person (45 minutes)
